Markets

The whole tape, arranged for a decision

Prices, filings, flows, events, macro, and options. Vireo lays them out so you can act, not so you can hunt through tabs.

Global tape

Equities, ETFs, indices, foreign exchange, liquid futures, and large-cap crypto across the sessions you actually trade.

Fundamentals

Statements, valuation, estimates, peers, and the earnings call, kept beside the model you are running.

Positioning

Institutional holdings, insider prints, ownership shifts, and flow, so you can see who is already in the name.

Events

News, filings, the earnings calendar, dividends, listings, and splits — the facts that move a book.

Macro

The calendar, growth, inflation, policy rates, and the curve, behind every single-name idea.

Options

Chains, expiries, volume, open interest, implied volatility, and Greeks for the listed markets on the desk.

One hundred eighty datasets ship with the desk. Your own series can sit beside them.

Options

A desk that can actually read a chain

Screen contracts, compare structures, and read the Greeks on a live position. When the idea is ready, it moves into a staged route without a second login.

  • Multi-leg comparePut verticals, call spreads, and calendars side by side, with debit, width, and breakeven.
  • Volatility, in contextImplied volatility, rank, and skew next to the realized path of the underlying.
  • Position GreeksDelta, gamma, theta, and vega for the book you actually hold, not a textbook example.
  • Paper, then confirmRehearse the fill on a paper session. A live route still waits for your confirm.

Bring a model you already trust. Vireo supplies the versioned tape, the playbook, and the confirm.

Playbooks

Institutional methods, with your name on the revision

Start from a reviewed method — quality compounders, risk parity, an opening-drive momentum book — or write your own. A playbook has an author, a version, and a log. It is not a loose prompt.

01

Install a method

Choose a reviewed playbook. You can read every step before it touches a book.

02

Make it yours

Edit the rules, save a version, and keep the prior one. The desk never overwrites history.

03

Run it on a clock

Attach the playbook to a monitor. Each run writes what it saw and what it staged.

Monitors

A night shift that leaves a paper trail

Trigger on a clock or on a market condition. Several monitors can run together. Every step is written down, so the morning starts with a log instead of a pile of alerts.

Time or condition

A bell, a level, a print, or a change in implied volatility. You choose the trigger.

Many, at once

A momentum book and a hedge book can watch the same session without sharing a thread.

Nothing silent

If a monitor stages an order, the log names the rule that allowed it. You still confirm a live route.

Portfolios

Books that remember the mandate

A living brief turns your goal into a book that can be rebalanced as the tape changes. The memory stays on the desk, attached to the portfolio, not in a note you will not find later.

Routing

The order leaves from the same conversation

Connect a broker when you are ready, read the real positions, and stage a route in the thread. Vireo prepares the ticket. You decide whether it is sent.

Vireo is not a broker. Availability follows each broker's own approvals and your local rules.

Capabilities

The work of a full desk, without the tab sprawl

01

Momentum, explained

Wren ranks the strongest opening drives and writes why the hold is still valid.

02

Pattern cues

Wave marks structure on the chart so timing is visible, not buried in a scan you forgot to refresh.

03

A second set of eyes

Entry, invalidation, and target arrive together. No setup ritual before the open.

04

Proof before size

Replay a playbook on history before it is allowed to touch buying power.

05

Paper, on a live tape

Rehearse with real-time prices. The shares are simulated. The tape is not.

06

Leaders, early

Race boards surface emerging leaders before the move is the only thing on the tape.

Desk notes

What changes after the first month

The open used to mean six tabs. The brief, the chain, and the route now sit in one thread.Multi-strategy PM, London
I keep a quality playbook and a momentum playbook. Both keep their old versions when the figures change.Independent investor, Austin
Monitors run while I sleep. In the morning I read the log, not a pile of pings.Discretionary trader, Singapore

Be early because the desk did the reading, not because you stared at more screens.

Vireo field note

Routes

Four ways a ticket can leave

Every lane ends at the same place: a ticket you can read, and a live send that waits for you.

Cash equities

Stage equity tickets in the thread, with size, limit, and time-in-force written in plain language.

Listed options

Single legs or spreads, with the debit and the breakeven on the ticket before you confirm.

Paper session

The same ticket, filled against a live tape, with no capital and no broker connection.

Futures and FX

Keep the hedge next to the cash book so it is not a second platform.

Pricing

Choose the size of the desk

Start on a delayed tape. Move up when you want real-time chains, more agents, and monitors that run inside the plan.

Questions

Before you open a desk

How is Vireo different from a general chat model?

A general model can talk about markets. Vireo is tied to a versioned tape, reviewed playbooks, and a route you confirm. The answer cites the book it used.

Do I need a broker on day one?

No. You can paper-trade on the live tape with no connection. A live route is available only where a partner broker approves your account.

Can I run more than one agent?

Yes. Field includes one, Desk includes three, and House includes eight. Each agent keeps its own portfolios and its own log.

Which markets are covered?

Listed equities and ETFs, major indices, foreign exchange, liquid futures, large-cap crypto, and listed options where the chain is carried.

Is the demo book a track record?

No. Cards marked Demo show the interface. They are not performance, not a recommendation, and not an offer.

Can a monitor send a live order by itself?

Only if you already wrote that permission into the rule, and only inside the limits you set. Otherwise it stages the ticket and waits. You can run monitors that never route at all.

The desk

Come to the open with the reading already done.

Vireo keeps the team, the tape, and the ticket in one place. You keep the decision.
